This permanent sign indicates the available headroom of overhanging structures. It shows the measurement in both imperial and metric units of measure. This clearly indicates to drivers if their vehicle will fit beneath a structure or not.
The sign can be post mounted or wall mounted. For wall mounting applications you will need to purchase the sign without channel on the rear.
If using the sign as an advanced warning this sign is normally post mounted and used in conjunction with sign 530.1 which has variants stating “overhanging building”, “overhanging buildings” or “Overhanging Structure”.
