Uneven / Bumpy Road Ahead 556 Sign
The uneven road sign is used to alert drivers of damage in the road surface which would cause a driver to lose control if hit at the normal speed limit.
The sign should only be used temporarily before work begins on the carriageway. The diagram may be plated ‘For’ and the distance to expect an uneven road surface. Diagram 511 ‘REDUCE SPEED NOW’ is also recommended.
This diagram shouldn't be installed if the uneven road is due to level crossings where the rail levels make the road uneven - "Risk of Grounding" 782 is needed here.
As with all of our warning signs, 556 comes from 450mm to 1500mm. If your required size isn’t available on the website, please contact our sales team to get quoted.
Superior Quality Sign Face
Superior quality prismatic reflective sign face ensure that the sign stands the test of time.
Durable Composite Base
Made from a composite material which is an aluminium covering over plastic, it is light and ultra strong.
Designed to be Post Mounted
Each Part of the sign comes with two rails allowing the fitment of two clips per face for secure mounting.
